Seven Things I Plan To Do Before I Die:

1 - Visit England (Yorkshire especially) and Ireland
2 - Find a way to check on Emily and get around that unbreathable atmosphere thing.
3 - Beat Spider-man in a sparring (it was a draw last time!)
4 - Find the perfect, really working, no reverse possible, ghost exorcism
5 - Go through a Sopranos marathon with Kara
6 - Actually read Ulysses from first sentence to last
7 - Let Kara win a fight, since she's got a thing about those she lost so far. Kidding. Kara, I always said you'd be able to beat me if you do some more freaking training.

Seven Things I Can Do:

1 - Track people and other lifeforms, no matter how far or how long
2 - Make a meal out of just about anything, plant or animal. Hey, I didn't say it would taste well.
3 - Quote Streisand and Manilow songs (I blame Lorne and Angel, just for the record)
4 - Outfight people not senior Slayers, Angel, or the Beast
5 - Keep a secret
6 - Believe a lie
7- Follow, if I respect the person leading

Seven Things I Can't Do:

1 - Sing.
2 - Say no to you-know-who-you-are, but in the interest of dog survival, I'm working on it
3 - Understand teenage girls women
4 - Understand how anyone can make it throughout a fashion show without falling asleep
5 - Love or care about people without killinghurting them; working on that, too
6 - Paint
7 - Honor all of my parents at the same time

Seven Things That Attract Me To Another Person:

1 - Need
2 - Challenge
3 - A good voice
4 - Experience
5 - Women: I kind of imprinted on curvy brunettes with take-charge- attitude
6 - I'm actually not sure about a type for men because Harry is the only one I ever was attracted to Sense of humour
7 - apparantly an earlier relationship with someone from my family, which totally sucks Some degree of messed-up-ness, as I'm pretty messed up myself

Seven Things I Say Most Often:

1 - I guess
2 - father (mine, yours, plural, singular, anyway, the term shows up pretty often)
3 - cool
4 - Hi
5 - Chicago/better
6 - Right
7- not a sidekick

That's how most people looked at me when I first showed up in this dimension, so I can relate. Just glare back. That helped me, sort of. Anyway, some got intimidated. Plus they're dumb if they're not answering your questions!

That Spike guy in whose room they put me after Greece once raved on about some thing on a subway where Angel staked Rasputin's lover, so I guess you're right!

Can I ask you for some advice? Kara and I are finally talking again, and I'll be visiting Boston on Saturday (don't tell Angel and Darla, it's a secret) because of some... stuff, and anyway, it's really important that I don't get her upset or anything, so what kind of things do teenage Slayers enjoy doing with guys who are their brother, not their boyfriend? Is the Boston Aquarium okay or will that make her think I patronize her or something? My sister Mere would have liked it, but I keep reminding myself she and Kara are different.

I like the aquarium, personally but . . . I dunno, when I was Kara's age I mostly liked shopping and ice skating.

I have to confess that, contrary to popular opinion, dealing with younger slayers is not a strength of mine.

Actually, no. That IS popular opinion. So much so that my lack of slayer-handling skills once inspired a coup d'etat. Maybe you should ask Faith.

I thought you were great with the kids in that shelter.

*post-Boston*

Also, you were right about the aquarium. She wanted to go to a coffee shop. It went well, too, and I think we're okay, except then in the evening Peter Parker called with news about Harry and I had to return to New York post haste and now things are rapidly going to hell.

What kind of coup d'etat? Was that when Faith bailed on you and worked for some other guy? She just told me about that.

Thanks. . .I thought I was pretty clueless, but maybe I've gotten to the point of faking it better.

Faith told you about that? No. It was more like getting kicked out of my own house. I guess I sort of deserved it.

Wow. That must have been - Angel kicked me out twice, and the first time I got why, I mean, I guess I deserved it, but the second time - well, anyway. But if it was your house, why didn't you kick the other guys out?

Anyway, know how that sucks, being homeless. Sorry.

Did you ever have a case where some ghost was taking over his son child, you know, body-napping, in an on-off way, and if so, how did you get rid of the ghost? And how did you find out it was the ghost and not the guy person itself doing stuff?

There were more of them than there were of me. It's all about power. Anyway, I guess I felt like I deserved it a little bit.

It was ok, there were a lot of empty houses around. And at least one souled vampire to check up on me.

There was this thing once where ghosts took over me this girl and Angel this guy. We they just had to kind of play the scene through and see how it went.

Maybe a witch could tell the difference. Like if Willow's around or -- isn't Todd's wife a witch?
