There's absolutely no need to apologise. You were merely stating your opinion and if your opinion is, as it seems to be, that I am an asshole, then I can't say it is particularily revolutionary or even the opinion of the minority. Furthermore, as this is your journal I would say you should be within your rights to express whatever opinions you enjoyed - within the limits of which speech is protected, of course.

The exceptions to protected speech, however, include libel and slander. Connecting Wayne Enterprises with the tobacco industry could easily be seen as defamation and I would ask that you refrain from this sort of misleading statement in the future. It is one thing to expres your concerns about my character but another to indulge in completely untrue insinuations about our business practices.
